Talking from the open source materials being copied perspective, this shit was already flawed. Big tech companies take open source code, a code that was given out for free by developers, and earn billions out of the same code as a core. Model training is no different when you look from that perspective. Claude code is trained on all open source materials, trains on them and then is repackaged, sold and make billions
