A major concern for the deepfake porn case is in the logistics of how its possible to track people online and not violate privacy. Because the world as a whole needs to be able to respect and uphold privacy rights.
That being said I wonder if its possible to classify this specific crime similar to how the world pursues child pornography online? As a possible guide/format to make this become a more global effort in application.
