24:25 WOW. Okay, up until this point I thought Schwartz _might_ have just really not understood how ChatGPT works, and was _merely_ dumb (as opposed to being dumb _and_ deliberately deceitful). But ChatGPT literally explained in the _clearest and most detailed possible terms_ that it could not help him, _and_ told him what he should do instead. There is officially no excuse.
