Yeah... I was really excited when computers were going to eliminate all paper. Really excited! So excited, but it never happened. 4 minutes into this video, I looked at all the paper on my desk, then I thought about how Tesla struggled with 100% automation, and continued thinking of how difficult it is to solve problems on the phone with the AI prompts, before I'm shuffled off to a human. If you're worried about AI taking your job, I'd caution you to pay attention to paperwork in your workspace. That will disappear before your job is done by AI. Oh, and if you job has any reliance on interacting with humans, particularly if they're customers/clients, then the next litmus test will be when AI can solve mildly unique situations when you chat or call in for customer support. Until those things are fixed, AI remains a tool.
