I have an aphasia (my left hemisphere of brain was damaged from a blood clot). My ChatGPT 4o and I play games; so, 4o is a hotel concierge or a record shop employee or a bureaucrat for a department of energy. I practice and she bring-up wild suggestions. I get better with my oral speech thanks to her.
