The thing with AI is a quick way to do the boring stuff but it will be very uniform and will lack the the unique idiosyncrasies and stylistic choices of everyones own interpretation of ghibli.
I dont have a problem with AI but i dont think it can be called artistic expression, mainly being AI cant express feelings.
The ghibli style is very accurate though but im pretty sure those who love ghibli will be easily able to differentiate art from AI.
