Elon is the same man who cannot even make accurate statements about the future of Tesla. He is notoriously wrong about timelines and what the future capabilities of tesla products will be. It would not make any sense to trust him to make accurate predictions about AI in general. He has spent years overestimating / exaggerating the coming capabilities of Tesla vehicles.
