A lot of productivity gain will come out of eliminating middle management and their demands for performance metrics. Automation has long been possible to get rid of a lot of White Collar work, the problem is making it cheaper than employing people and we need to consider that humans have moch more flexibility in what they can do - the "general" part of AGI. Agentic models have a great future if software engineers and systems architects can keep up.
