People say AI will end the need for Artists, I think those who say this have a very romanticized view of art. Can AI strive? Can AI fail? Can AI get in it's own way? Can AI connect to a higher state that it doesn't understand? All of these things are present in art. Art is the by product of the attempt to perfect. Achieving perfection won't pass.
