Here's my question though- if we automate everything, and nobody has jobs, who's going to go to the store to buy things? If people stop shopping because they lose their jobs, how are companies going to pay for their robotic investments? I'd guess, they'll lobby for bailouts when they go under from spreading too thin, and since taxpayers aren't making as much or paying as much taxes, money will get printed, and inflation will go up. So we'll get increased inflation and less circulation. How wonderful. Chat, we're cooked. I'm in favor of increased automation but not within our current system. It's too fucked as is.
