So, if it isn’t wrong for a human to produce new art by analyzing someone else’s art without consent, then it isn’t wrong for AI to do the same.
I also find it hypocritical that artists themselves learn art by using references that are copyrighted, often without the original artist’s consent. Yet when AI does something similar, it is called theft or a violation.
