The impact of AI is going to be substantial as companies are finding cheaper ways to use LLMs open source software and host private AI for their own purpose. It takes time for any new technology to find use cases and there is potential for many use cases. AI will replace jobs and the technology is evolving as more money are thrown into researching machine learning and adoption takes time. To dismiss AI is of stochastic parrot is not the right approach. It's time to figure out how it can be used in business applications.
