Well did they check the test group’s ability BEFORE the LLM test? When you have an LLM doing it for you, you aren’t thinking critically or even thinking about it in general. It’s why note taking is important cause just hearing a lecture isn’t retaining it as well as needing to write it down does.
But saying it makes people less intelligent than before the LLM test seems like a faulty conclusion.
