Does this scenario take into account the companies that end up losing reputation AND business BECAUSE of their reliance on AI. Like the two instances of a Consulting firm being penalized bacause it's reports to the local governments were proven to have AI hallucinated facts and figures?
What about the case of a company that had to roll back its AI Customer Care program because of rising customer dissatisfaction with issue redressals?
