Their tagline "computer vision for a safer world" is very specific, and tries to focus on only the positives. However, in reality, their service has a lot more potential for harm then they would let on. Nobody would hate their service if it only made you safer, but "computer vision without respect for personal safety" does not sound as nice.

The point of wanting privacy isn't that I am doing bad things, but that other people can harm me greatly with minimal information, if privacy is to become a thing of the past.

If you assume the world is perfect, the lack of privacy is not scary.
However, ask yourself "If somebody had malicious intent, could they hurt me?"
With widespread facial recognition, the answer is yes.
