She sounds almost exactly like the neighsayers in the early days of the web and social media. We use AI in our work and so do most software houses Im aware of. It has boosted productivity. And chatgpt IS a more efficient search engine and a very good one too. It gets some things wrong so you need to be careful if 100% accuracy is required but that's true of all research.
