Wrong. AI + Human gives you more leverage so your ROI with human + AI goes up. Unemployment might be in his pipedreams but thats not where this is going. The student straight out of college? Probably dumb before, but with AI much smarter and more productive. So you cant compare pre-AI entry level worker to post-AI entry level worker.
The number of things to do will increase. Remember every organization is sitting on a long tail of unexplored opportunities, AI just makes it faster to explore those.
