For the believer in Jesus Christ, there is no fear because our souls are ALWAYS safe with HIM whether we live or die. But the Bible also tells us that there is no time that all humanity will be wiped out. The Book of Revelation tells us that at some point 1/3 of all mankind will be wiped out and then again at another point 1/4 of all mankind will be wiped out. However, the bible also tells us in Revelation that at Christ's return, there will be many people on earth. God says that the dead in Christ will rise first to receive their resurrection bodies and then those who are alive on earth will be changed into their resurrection bodies. So according to God and His WORD, which has NEVER been wrong, humanity will not be utterly wiped out by AI or any other thing.
