Interesting suggestions, though there is one more thing I would suggest.
When a Job is mostly done by robots, people will need to learn new stuff, so they at least have a chance to do something else.
So we need to find a way to educate a lot of people to do new stuff. Maybe use AI to educate them?
When he is talking about letting people be replaced by robots, that new education is one of the things they should get!
