I think the most important thing is that an artist or designer will design things in a way to enhance certain ideas and emotions.
An AI doesn't know what it is trying to enhance when it spits out an image, it tries to copy just surface level details without truly understanding why an artist made those choices.
Art made by a person is deep, and layered, you can analyze and understand why a decision is being made in a design and it's not just cool details for the sake of cool details.
Art made by an AI is basically just noise, its noise being shaped and given consistency by a machine trying to copy what it has seen.
