Well, one thing Elon always said was that there should be a governing, regulating authority in what should and should not be done and how AI should be approached.
His example was car seatbelts. How long it took for seatbelts to be mandatory. That took years and many fatalities. Elons concern is once AI becomes TRULY sentient, the human race wouldn’t have YEARS to fix things. It’ll be too late..
