AI can increase productivity enormously. Just because there are poorly implemented examples doesn't mean it should be dismissed. I just had a phone conversation with an AI and after a short conversation it was able to recognize the situation and direct me to the right person. And there are other AI solutions besides OpenAI that have been used successfully for a decade.
