If AI is really going to displace a large percentage of the workforce, then society/government had better find a solution for that, because it is not sustainable to think that society will continue on peacefully and be stable, if 20% or 30% (and that number then continues to rise, as AI displaces more and more) are out of a job. I think the safest domain is the healthcare domain, there are so many nuances of health service and research needs that AI will never be able to really displace any significant parts in this domain.
