I have a feeling this is a terrible place to express this opinion, though the issue you're tackling seems to be specific to commercial use of art that falls within a measurable standard of style and subject.
Anyway, I've used AI to create abstract works based on poems I've written, I think it's fine, mostly because I've never seen anything remotely like the imagery it generates. I'm curious what you think, though. Your fervor is obvious and I'm pessimistically curious if you're even willing to entertain a distinction.
