The main thing that is against it being aware or branching off into "individual AI" is you will get the same answers in the same format for each user unless specified to be different. This shows there is no personality, no governing body that is able to diversify its responses. When different users get different answers WITHOUT specifically directing it, then I will consider the possibility.
