Never use ai to help you code. Ever. Anything that has negative long term effects is not worth using for short term benefits.
If youre using it to help you figure out how to solve a problem, get better at coding because what its going to give you will be badly written. If youre using it to help you speed up, it will make you worse at coding in the long run.
