You do realize that AI art that is not ugly, is not recognized as AI art, right?
The whole argument loses when you can't tell the diference. Sure, there are horrible AI arts out there, but that's mainly because the one who made it was unskilled in the first place.
Some AI Prompters can make arts that look cartoonish, or even official. Style is also something that can be copied. It being ugly is the prompters fault.
