I want to make one correction to the lady around 9:17. The word you're looking for is "automated tracking system" or ATS. Examples include Workday and Talio. These are not new and as a 32 year old when I graduated when I was younger I encountered them as well (circa 2015-2016). ATS systems have nothing to do with the impact ChatGPT and generative AI has on the labour market and it's not helpful to confuse the two. People have been complaining about ATS systems for a very long time, even before ChatGPT and the like existed. The time when humans would review applications was a very long time ago, like maybe 2010 or thereabouts.
