Recession would be the first impetus to hire robots over people because they can were tirelessly without break while most feel blue collared people should worry about white collared jobs when a robot can do 5 engineers and 10 managers job alone who would need excess human resources and the whole division of hr, operations, finance, marketing, r&d when can be handled by a single ai allowing absolute and instant transparency of information along with well equipped data analysis the only job would be for the founders and business owners to choose a decision and let ai run its course.
