25:30 i would go one step further and say every knowledge that does not provide harmfull capabilties should be freely available and not pattented. I disagree though on the notion that everyone would automaticly become more intelligent just by having an AGI at their disposal. A study on the development of worldwide IQ has shown that environmental pollution equally to smartphones have lead to a downwards trend in IQ development. So equally with smarthphones i would argue that there will be ways we may get rather stupid if we outsource certain tasks.
