the die is cast, the battle already lost. AI will take a lot of creative jobs but allow many others to use it as a tool to create things they wouldn't be able to make otherwise. Licensing for training will just slightly delay the inevitable. The real challenge is how do we handle and evaluate things created with AI tools for copyright? how much human content must be used and how will it be measured to determine if the final result is copyrightable?
