Mr Antroulidakis  SYRIZA NIKH MME  Dear All, Human development has been based on three aspects: 1) The structure of the body which anable s it to perform various tasks. 2) The structure of the brain which develops intelligence allowing for continues improvement. 3)  Psychi an expression felt as consciousness,( an important aspect of which is Freedom.) These three important characteristics have been developed through the millennia and we have come today to what we name as "Human Civilization". Today's Human Civilization is based on a form of abundance for the majority (ie, food, housings etc), democracy as an expression of freedom (consciousness) and happiness (people's relations, life in villages, cities) and all of the above can be reflected in automated , smart machines being built by the human. The Operation,  intelligence and even the (if) slowly coming consciousness (freedom) of these machines called robots based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) are dependant for their operation and development on "Energy". Robots/ AI are expected to help provide human happiness (relations), consciousness (freedom) and abundance of goods. Based on the above it becomes apparent that the individual/citizen must personally own/control the energy in which all aspects of human lives depend on , ie happiness, freedom and abundance of food/goods. Details for all of the above, have been explained, in my previous emails It is therefore, for the survival of human race, energy to be owned by the individual/citizen.  This warranties , besides other things, for its quick and less expensive proliferation of required energy. It becomes apparent, that  policies developed by governments, should be based on the above aspect, if we want to continue to maintain our democracies  and survival.
