AI stands for Artificial Intelligence refering to the capacity for a machine to think by itself without any programing or human help. Advanced Intelligence, on the other hand, is what we are all experiencing now, All programmed mostly based on searching for data that may answer your query. At this moment and what Elon said about that timeline of 5 to 6 years time refers to Advanced Intelligence.
