I disagree with a lot in the video. The fact that a robot is programmed to have certain reactions to certain cases doesn't make it consious. Neither that it can feel emotions. After all, emotions are directly linked to specific hormones and i doubt that AI has that. I believe it will just evolve to pretend it does
