We can’t even get a ‘representative’ on the phone. The infrastructure is not even remotely available for any of this, including the energy & rare earth minerals it takes. I am not buying that it will be done near so fast. Also, even if the U.S. tried to slow down to work on safety with AI technology, China would not.
