How do we even know? The most important line in the whole interview. The race to implement AI will place in every industry and it will be able to do things not originally designed or expected to be able to do. Then before you know it AI using other AI's in sync to control everything. like implementing bread crumbs but then you realize within short time the AI used all the bread crumbs to build an international full scale business ingrained in every industry and government.
