I just don’t get it. If people lose their jobs en masse because of AI, aren’t these billionaires shooting themselves in the foot? I mean, if folks have no job and can’t afford any of the products these robots build, how will billionaires make more money? They are stupidly eliminating their customer base, slowly but surely. At the end of the day, who absolutely needs the junk sold by Amazon, or the “fake content” and manipulation from Facebook, other social media platforms and badly trained AI?
