The Illuminati plan on building about 7 smart cities including the one in Saudi Arabia and they've said at least one of the cities in America will only let "different" types of people live there, this must mean these cities will be like city states who have their own laws, police force, currency, possibly military but they'll all be Illuminati cities using A.I. and this is why they've been stock piling microchips for the last 3 years, to microchip the people living in these new cities meaning they're going to depopulate the rest of the world down to 500 million people like it says on the Georgia Guidestones.
