This just in AI use data collected by humans since we started collecting data, and find that the human data is right, and thus makes conclusions based on the information given.
It's not racist to say that black people require more care than white people. Medically speaking, treating a black person is extremely difficult. It's not racist, it's true medical data.
You cannot be upset at an AI for being right. If an AI says a guy is going to be involved in a shooting, maybe we should be asking ourselves why the AI thinks that? Not saying the AI is racist, maybe it's the humans that are the problem.
