Those who understand technology the least, trust and rely on it the most. I'm a retired EE and have written software for 40 years. AI as a whole is a real thing, but like all technologies, is never perfect. The big companies, such as OpenAI & Anthropic are overhyping their wares, to the point of it being snake oil. Hope, the software company has a good liability insurance policy.
