Just be aware of the AI scam that SOUNDS like someone you know in real life. Start creating 'safe' words or phrases to use with your loved ones that you can employ, should you receive a phone call saying a loved one is in trouble (eg accident, at the hospital, being ransomed!). That way, when you use your part of the phrase, and the caller doesn't respond as previously agreed, you'll know it's a fake.
Even then, you have to know that your phone and computers are always listening. This is how data is collated on you so that you start seeing products that you mentioned to someone, but never looked up anywhere online, start coming into your advertising feed!
Heck, sometimes I've only THOUGHT of something and not mentioned it anywhere to anyone when suddenly that product will start being advertised to me!
