Regarding the second aspect: AI isnt permanently storing any images. It takes the information it needs during training and builds its own neural networt off of that. Afterwards, the training material can be deleted. This is similar to YouTube Videos: while Videos do get temporarily stored on your harddrive, they are deleted once youre not watching them anymore. You wouldnt consider one stealing, why the other? For that matter, you should rather concern yourself with all the people with photographic memory who actually DO store your Artwork and are able to replicate it one by one.
