Ai is made to break "working". It is a really good thing if you want to do bare minimum of working. If you want to do better, human ingenuity is much better than whatever ai does in long run.
It is just people really abuse the ai to do the job because of how boring most things are. Do you want to make daily video for YouTube? Just abuse ai to do the editing. Wanna write paper that is absolutely rigid in formatting? Yeah ai will do the job just fine. Want to do presentation to your boss in meeting? Yeah just use ai to do it.
