Interesting topic! I study biomedical informatics and I don't know if I would feel safe as a patient, knowing that my scans weren't read by an actual radiologist because there is no software or program or whatever without at least tiny mistakes. Even if your program runs just fine, you will always find room for improvements. I definitely trust a radiologist more than any automatically generated report
