As a person with dyspraxia, my hand cramps up sometimes if I'm writing or even drawing sometimes. (I do use a laptop for most writing) There are so many things you can do to handle this, like giving yourself little breaks (which i think everyone needs anyway), or maybe a pencil grip if it helps you. I never use AI, and even if i had to for some reason, i would NEVER use my disability as an explanation.
