people like him are much bigger threat than any LLM (or anything we can put under the blanket term AI). Always sensation and revolution and still nobody seen single good AI application. People like this are basically saying, for decades, cars can drive themselves and we can automate delivery completely.You will be replaced.Yet, no robot trucks drive on highways. This is the same, these live in their bubble, disconnected from real world. Since AI can write code, there are more jobs for developers than ever( it even spawned new profession, cleanup coders). He lives in scifi fantasy.
