AI image generation is inevitably going to be indistinguishable from professional works and is often already objectively better in terms of rendering than 90% of artists (likely because it takes what are the most popular works and feeds it into the AI stomach). It's sad but this is just what will happen as long as there is a market for it. Most consumers don't care who or how the work is created as long as they get to consume it at the end of the day. It's better to just not interact with these AI image generating users at all and instead promote the people that actually dedicate their time and effort into learning and mastering the art of illustration.
