They have SynthID which is fairly resistant (i.e. lossless compression, flipping, rotating, cropping and such don't get rid of it). But you'd need to upload the image to Gemini for example and ask it if the image is AI generated. Unfortunately a watermark would be way too easy to remove, hence SynthID.
