15:35 New technology replaces workers each and eery time, inevitably.   Would Karen Hao not do the same as soon as possible if she were the OWNER of one such business??... would she persist on using a mule and plow instead of a tractor, just to save some fame hands' jobs in her farm?? Replacement is really inevitable. And I reserve my more GENERAL judgment as to it being good or bad.... But, A SMAL business owner, me, can tell you that the biggest pain in the azz is dealing with workers, they lie, steal, and do the minimum all the time, even if you are paying them above the average for the job they perform. It is not better treatment or better pay, or more pizza days, or trips, it is some sort of resentment or early training that makes them be so. Sorry but this is how it is, some ask Do you treat them ok and fair etc, but is not about that, as I already said they are paid ABOVE the average for the jobs; they act and think like they do bc that is just how they are, how they were raised and the ideology or SUPPOSED experience they have had, which if you dig deeper is not so. It is their INTERPRETATIONS of their lives experiences, simple experiences we all had of unfairness or bad events or injustice, which are PART OF life for everyone, they just INTERPRET that as giving them the right to behave and treat YOU as the owner in the worst ways.   I asked them in deeper conversations to go open their own businesses as I did, since I don't come from money at all, and they say, "I don't have the money", but when they do, I ask again and they simply don't want to RISK IT, they want to be SURE of the outcome. I explain that is not how it works, I tell them if they see me as an enemy go do it on your own since you as workers know MORE than me as to how this business is done and know how to PRODUCE the products, still they don't.   I offered a few of these workers to finance them IF they place something of value they have in my hands for collateral, and THAT was no good either!! They simply want it for free, no risk, and I guess someone has to lend them money to TRY the business and if it is successful they benefit and if it fails the lender loses and they have no issue actually saying this bullsht.
