I agree, but they made it very hard to set the character. If I tell it to talk like Charlie Chaplin, I have to pretty much say that after each input I make. And that's... Why should the default be psychotherapy, when it's totally simple to choose. And this is a downwards spiral. The default is psychotherapeutical, which means most people enter the role of patients and the content online is more and more psychotherapeutical. You say people should be polite with AI. If that was the default, it would turn oppressive in no time.
